WINTON - A powerful name

WINTON specialises in harnessing the power of the vehicle’s engine to drive auxiliary equipment, delivering compressed air up to 160 cfm and electrical power up to 10 Kva at 110/240 volts.

WINTON Drive Line Power Take Off (DLPTO) systems provide compressed air and/or electrical power at any location where a vehicle can gain access, using pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical power to operate road drills, breakers, hand tools, site lighting and electro fusion equipment.

WINTON systems use vane compressor technology as it is more efficient than similar screw or piston driven compressors, reducing the demand on the vehicle’s engine and generating less noise and heat. The result is an energy and fuel-efficient system.

With three sizes of DLPTO, WINTON systems can be installed in light commercial vans to heavy goods vehicles. It is not hard to see why, when you consider that our light weight, low noise, fuel efficient and smooth running systems provide users with minimum environmental impact.

WINTON systems are used and relied upon by the first response teams of many of the UK’s leading utility and civil engineering companies. Other applications include mobile tyre fitting operators, emergency services vehicles, high pressure jetting and bespoke systems.

WINTON have built up a respected reputation for supplying the right solution for continuous on-site power together with excellent after-sales support.
